The ingredients of this bento are rich in antioxidants, that are the key to stay young and healthy.

Fish, walnuts and flaxseed, are valuable sources of Omega 3 essential to maintain long good health. Vegetables, berries and herbs, are rich in vitamins such as C and B, irreplaceable allied for our immune system. The ingredients are all highly digestible and the use of healthy condiments, such as soy sauce and extra virgin olive oil, with their well-known beneficial properties, help to give comfort to the whole organism.

作り方

  • In a frying pan with a little olive oil fry the mini clams with shrimp. Combine with the rice already cooked and form onigiri. Sprinkle the outer sides with the seeds mix.

  • Form three skewers with grapes, blackberries, raspberries, wet them in maple syrup and sprinkle stevia sugar.
