German/Japanese Bento ドイツと日本のお弁当

日本の食べものが美味しいです、でもドイツの食べものも好きです。だからドイツと日本の食べものをいっしょうにしました。ヘルシーな野菜のお弁当を作りました。

1. German pickled red cabbage arranged with Japanese shiso and ume: For sourness and lots of vitamins 2. Raw green peas, avocado and mini tomato salad: For colorful freshness 3. Spinach-gomaae with German small red radish: For saltiness and preventing a cold 4. German potato pancake with shoyu-flavour and apple mousse topping: A healthy treat with sweet&salty taste 6. Rice with grains: To complete the bento 赤いキャベツ、りんご、しそ、うめの酢、しょうが、アボカド、えんどう豆、ミニトマト、赤い大根、ほうれんそう、じゃがいも、ズキニ、にんじん、ねぎ、たまご、小麦粉、醤油、ごま、砂糖

作り方

  • Red cabbage pickles: Cut cabbage and apple in small slices, add shiso, ume-vinegar, ginger, a little bit of sugar and salt and mix everything in a small plastic bag. Let rest in fridge.
  • Green pea salad: Mix raw green peas, cut avocado and mini-tomato. Add soy-sauce.
  • Spinach Gomaae: Cut spinach and small red radish and put both very briefly into boiling hot water. Cut water and mix with soy-sauce, crushed sesame and sugar.
  • Potato pancake: Grate potato, zucchini and carrot, cut spring onion. Mix with an egg, a little bit flour and soy-sauce for taste. Fry in a pan until crisp and lightly brown.
  • Apple mousse: Cut apple into small pieces and put it into a pot with a little water. Heat until apple gets tender and can be crushed
  • Prepare rice with grains.
