Karaage (salty) ,Sweet potato(sweet),Dashimaki Tamago(umami),Eggplant and green pepper miso itame(umami),White rice with umeboshi (Sour)

作り方

  • Karaage (salty) 1. Cover the chicken breast with all the seasonings and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 2. Cover the chicken with potato starch and fry it with vegetable oil.
  • Sweet potato (sweet) 1. Cut the sweet potato (with skin) diagonally and soak it in water for 15min. 2. Mix sugar, oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and dried sweet potatoes in a pan and heat with a lid wrapped around with a kitchen cloth. 3. Heat it until the sauce is bubbling, and flip the sweet potato several time so all sides has nice golden brown color. Then sprinkle black sesame.
  • Dashimaki tamago (umami) 1. Heat the pan with vegetable oil, and pour the whisked egg and the seasonings and roll it into a Tamagoyaki shape.
  • Eggplant and green pepper miso itame (Bitter) 1. Cook the chopped eggplant and green pepper first, and then cook it with seasonings.
  • White rice with umeboshi (Sour) 1. Cook rice 2. Put umeboshi on top.
