Broccoli Rice with Honey Grilled Chiken

My Husband doesn't like to eat vegetables. So I try to make a veggie menu for him without realizing there are vegetables on his bento lunch.
• 1 portion of rice • nori for wrap and make shape of rice • 1 small sprig of broccoli (around 100 grams) • 1 small sprig of carot • eggs • salt • tomato souce • 200 grams of chicken fillet • pepper • 1 tablespoon of honey • cooking oil
作り方
- Grilled Chicken : Rinse chicken and marinate in seasoning for 5-10 minutes. Chiken seasonong : stir and mix papper, salt, 1 tablespoon of honey into 50ml of water
- Rice and carrot : Rinse broccoli and carrots, boil in boiling water for 3 minutes, give a little salt.
- Egg : stir 2 eggs, put a little salt dan ketchup. Fry eggs with making several layers (Japanese tamagoyaki)
- Rice : Chop the broccoli and mix it into 1 portion of rice. Shape the rice into a love shape (or other shape you want), then wrap with nori. Give love shape of carrot as garnish.
- Grilled Chicken : Grilled the chicken on a teflon.
- Carrot : Cut the carrot into thin (or other shape you want)
- Arange all the dishes into a bento box
