A mix of France and Italy inspired by Japan

Giving our body a wide variety of seasonal products is the best way to help our body being healthy: Cooked and raw vegetables of different colors and herbs to get various nutriments, vitamins and antioxidants - Fish for proteins - Cheese for calcium - Rice for slow-release carbohydrates giving stamina - Soy products for vegetable proteins and isoflavones- Fruits and dried fruits, nuts and seeds for energy. The large amount of vegetables make this BENTO filling. I'm French with Italian origins and I love Japan therefore my BENTO is a mix of the cuisines of these three countries. The vegetables and the apple come from a nearby farmer who applies sustainable agriculture. They are in season and safe but most of all, delicious!

Risotto with chopped onion and button mushroom, grana cheese sprinkled with herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage and savory) carrot for decoration – Salmon marinated with teriyaki sauce – Steamed runner beans and squash sprinkled with herbs. Tomatoes, grated carrots, sliced cucumber and napa cabbage, red onion with miso and balsamic vinegar salad dressing. Apple with almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries and toasted soy beans.
