Green Curry Fried Rice , Spicy Mince Chicken Roll, Papaya salad, Steam eggs,Sausage,Tomato and R-G oak

1. Fried-Rice Green Curry Green Curry paste 40 g. Coconunt milk 1/2 cup. Thai Eggplants 4-5 pcs. kaffir lime 1/4 cup. Red spur chilies 1/4 cup. Sweet basil 1/4 cup. Fish sauce 1 tbs. Plam sugar 1/2 Tbs. Rice 150 g. 2. Spicy MincePork Roll Chicken Breast 100 g. Mince Chicken 50 g. Laab paste 2 tbs. 3. Papaya Salad Papaya 40 g. Carrot 20 g. tomato meat 20 g. nut 1 tes. Dryed Shimp 1 tes. Fish sauce 1 Tbs. Plam sugar 1/2 Tbs. Lime juice 2 tes. Long bean 10 g. 4. Poached Eggs Cabbage 1 pcs. Eggs 1 pcs. Carrot 1 tes. Stock 20 ml. spring onions 1/8 tes. Soy sauce 1 tbs. 5. Sausage Sausage 1 pcs. 6. Tomato Tomato 2 pcs. ึ7. Green oak & Red oak Green oak 10 g. Red oak 10 g.

作り方
