Chicken Rice Bento

Spinach for bitterness, Pineapple for sweetness, Vinegar Dressing for acidity and sourness, Feta cheese for saltiness, Chicken for Umami
作り方
- Season the cut chicken pieces in a bowl with seasoning salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Sprinkle pepper. Stir the chicken around.
- Heat frying pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook chicken pieces about 5-10 min stirring frequently. Cover pan with lid while cooking.
- Spoon rice into the bento container on the left side. Arrange chicken on top.
- Tear up the lettuce as desired. Mix with spinach and carrots. Add tomatoes and mix. Arrange salad next to the rice and chicken.
- Put rice vinegar and vegetable oil in a small bowl and whisk. Add salt and pepper and continue whisking.
- Sprinkle cheese lightly and drizzle dressing over top of salad.
- Slice pineapple into triangles and arrange next to salad.
