How to make

  • Cut the fig in small pieces and put them in Fry-pan with some butter and a bit of honey. Serve with yogurt.
  • Make the cheese and ham sandwich. Toast it in the fry-pan with some butter. Toast both sides. Cut in mini sandwich.Serve with fresh salad.
  • Slice the carot and the zucchini. Put some dressing (mustard, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper) and ad smashed walnut.
